Minimum Order:	$50.00 (A $5.00 fee will be charged to orders that do not meet the minimum)
Freight:	Prepaid freight is $200.00. This does not apply to any air shipments of any kind.
Terms for Existing Accounts:	Net 30 Days This is subject to change at the discretion of Party Deco's Accounts Receivables Department
Terms for New Accounts:	Credit Card Unless otherwise approved by Party Deco's Accounts Receivables Department
Discrepancies & Returns:	Discrepancies must be reported to Party Deco within ten (10) days of receiving. Party Deco reserves the right to dispute a discrepancy with said customer. Returns must have authorization first from Party Deco. It is the customer's responsibility to ship back any item(s) that they ordered incorrectly. Party Deco will not issue return labels for items the customer ordered incorrectly and do not want.
Preferred Shipper:	Party Deco's preferred shipper is United Parcel Service (UPS). If the customer wishes to ship with their preferred shipper, the customer must provide their account number with their preferred shipper and is responsible for all charges.
